Nach den GRI-Standards verfasst, vermittelt der Bericht zentrale nachhaltige Kennzahlen und stellt gleichzeitig die Besonderheiten des Unternehmens in den Vordergrund: die dialogische Unternehmenskultur und die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Mitarbeiter:innen, deren Geschichten jedes Kapitel des Berichts einleiten.
